To complete our programme in grain treatment machinery we have developed and designed our Model T 38 Grain Cleaner, deawner, sand sieve and aspirating system, with 20 t/h capacity. The feed auger pushes the grain into a cylindric sieve where it is treated by deawner knives. Around the sieve cylinder a vacuum is built up. The vacuum conteracts the blocking-up of the holes in the sieve. The fan which provides this vacuum is also used for sucking coarse impurities away that have not been removed through the sieve and this rubbish is removed by the aspirating system.

The auger and deawner are driven by a 4 h.p. motor and the fan by a 1 h.p. motor. The Model T 38 is supplied with 3 mm holes in the sieve as standard.
